Acrylic Foam Very High Bond Tapes

Structural grade solid acrylic tape systems and very high bond foam tapes, including our exclusive PermaSTIK™ Ultra High Bond Tape, are designed to provide high bond strength on a variety of substrates. These materials are supplied single and double sided and are formulated to maintain adhesion in a wide range of temperature and weather conditions. Used to replace mechanical fasteners in appliance, automotive, sign, graphics, skin to frame assembly, window muntin bar attachment and other manufacturing applications. These tapes provide ease of use, waterproof bonds, sound and vibration dampening and the ability to withstand thermal movement.

One-Piece Duct Gaskets

Innovative cost saving construction makes our pre-cut gaskets ideal for gap-free seals in duct work. Circle gaskets are available from 4" to 24" inside diameter and scissor gaskets are offered as die-cut square and rectangle gaskets or custom made to fit any specified size opening. Polyethylene foam is coated directly with high tack adhesive to eliminate risk of delamination. Available coated single or double sided with adhesive. Heavy, easy-to-work-with release liner resists tearing and cracking for easy removal.

 

PE Foam Tapes

Various grades of polyethylene foam tape with solvent-based rubber, acrylic, differential coated and removable adhesive systems for use in appliance, automotive, electrical/electronics, shower & bath, truck/trailer/RV, point-of-purchase, window fabrication and plastic molder/extruder applications. Available single and double sided in black, gray or white. Thickness range: 1/32" - 3/16". Some products formulated for thermal insulation (R-factor = 0.75). UL rating on 1/32" foam.

 

PermaSTIK™ Glazing Tape

Closed cell polyethylene foam coated with acrylic, rubber and differential coated adhesive systems for sealing glass in wood, vinyl and aluminum window framing systems. The "quick stick" adhesive and "easy release" polyethylene film liner make PermaSTIKT glazing tapes easy to use, improving operator efficiency for window fabricators.

 

PermaSTIK™ SDL Mounting Tape

Special polyolefin alloy foam that's cross-linked with a unique process for improved toughness and adhesive anchorage is engineered for permanent mounting of interior and exterior muntin bars. Tape shadows well for clean sight line in SDL (Simulated Divided Lite) mounting. High performance acrylic adhesive bonds window grilles constructed of wood, metal, vinyl and other plastics and composite materials to glass. Available in gray, white and black in 1/16" and 1/32" thickness.

 

Polyester/Polyether Foam Tapes

Various grades of open cell foam tapes are available coated single and double sided with aqueous-based acrylic and rubber adhesive. Also available with a high-slip polypropylene film on one side and an acrylic or rubber adhesive on the other side for automotive and other noise and vibration control applications. Available in charcoal gray and white in various thicknesses. Some products meet General Motors automotive specifications GM3602M, GM3607M and GM6068M. Others meet UL 94HF-1 and MVSS 302 flammability requirements.

 

PVC Foam Tapes

Available in low, medium and high density for sealing out air, dust and UV light in a variety of applications. These tapes offer superior flexibility, strength and wear resistance.

 

Vinyl Foam Tapes

Single and double coated foam tape with aqueous-based acrylic adhesive offers excellent adhesion to vulcanized rubber and other substrates for use in general purpose bonding and gasketing applications.
